Legal Commercial Advisor
Responsibilities:
· As legal commercial advisor, you will reports to the head of the Corporate business Operations department.
· As legal commercial advisor, you have to highlight the inherent risk of contractual obligations and be able to advice Lintas of the legal options open to Lintas in case of a dispute with our customers or suppliers. Draft contracts with suppliers and customers that minimize Lintas’ liabilities and obligations and correct correspondence with legal implications. Commercial implications of any legal aspects can only be highlighted by the legal advocate.
· As legal commercial advisor will provide advice when requested on the legal aspects of documentation presented. This can be for external or internal correspondence or statement of compliances for proposals. When no drafts are available, the legal advocate creates draft agreements which limit the liabilities and obligations of Lintas. During contract negations with the customer or supplier, the legal advocate gives advice to limit the liabilities and obligation of Lintas. Filing of all work related correspondence.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Law
Minimum 5 years working experience in the contracts department or corporate law practice
Having skill in contract drafting and prepare reporting
Having skill in negotiation, communication skill and correspondence (in writing and verbal) as well
Work location: Jakarta
Fluent in English both writing and speaking
OSS/BSS Development & Integration Manager
Responsibility:
· Overall responsibility for leading a team of software experts for OSS/BSS solution deployment. Responsible for multiple solutions and customers.
· Work with customers, vendors, and project managers to resolve deployment issues
· Ensure process documentation of OSS/BSS solution deployment
· Change Control: Ensure formal configuration baselines are established and all changes to these baselines are formally managed
· Configuration Audit: undertake appropriate audits to ensure that the product complies with its contracted or specified requirements and to ensure that its configuration documents accurately reflect the product.
· Planning: must be able to plan and co-ordinate OSS/BSS activities across assigned projects
· Problem solving: must be able to pro-actively analyze problems and determine solutions based on the facts
· Interpersonal skills: must be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication. Ability to listen to others and exchange information and knowledge clearly and concisely
· Team working: must be able to work closely with the project team and other internal departments
· Mentor and guide team. Delegate the tasks efficiently within the team so as to meet SLAs well within the time limits
· To predict man-power requirements
· To conduct or participate in recruitment interviews for selection of personnel.
· Interact with Customer closely when required.
· To ensure team member professional development as well as trainings for new features and new nodes
· Expertise in one or more application vendors products
· Creating project deliverable templates and standards (e.g. including process standards)
· Creating complex conceptual designs, including application interfaces and interactions
· Planning and managing programwide application build, test, and deploy activities
· Planning and establishing after go-live activities including ongoing support
· Understanding customer needs and gathering products/projects requirements
Requirement:
· Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication or Informatics Engineering, or equivalent experience
· Good understanding of basic frame work of Telecom / IT processes
· At least 7 - 10 years experience in Telecommunication and IT
· At least 3 - 5 years experience on OSS/BSS (Operations Support System/Business Support Systems) projects in Telecommunication Operation
· Very good knowledge in Software Design and Development
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Indonesian)
· Excellent analytical and troubleshooting approach
· Excellent problem solving, decision making and conflict resolution skills
· Customer and result oriented
· Pro-active and able to work under pressure
Account Manager
Responsibilities:
Represent of LT Indonesia business areas in working a cross telecom functional are, Government, or Oil and Gas industry to clarify business objective needs and ensure suitability of solutions
Lead business groups to evolve requirements to achieve consistency across business units
Maintain project funnel in project portfolio system
Acquiring new prospective clients
Maintain good relationship with existing account by providing attention, services and good communication
Requirements:
Minimum S1 degree
Having experience minimum 3 years in selling and marketing IT/Telecom products
Having good networking in Telecom industry
Broad knowledge in telecom infrastructure and system
Skill in analyzing business practice/processes
Negotiating skill, interpersonal skill and networking skill
